A characteristic I believe I am particularly strong in is Vision, Eloquence, and Consistency. Using the same example as Blog #1, I was a part of a group in my Management class where we had to research a company. We had to meet on our own time, keep minutes, and conduct the meetings as if it were a "real" business meeting. From the peers in my group, I was selected as the group leader. Throughout the entire project, I felt as though I had a clear vision of what direction our group should go in. I also felt as though I showed eloquence by being able to effectively communicate the vision and motivate the group members; and I demonstrated consistency by being able to articulate their vision time and again.
A characteristic that I believe to be a weakness of mine is Emotional Intelligence, in particularly Motivation. I have motivation, but to a certain extent. I certainly have a prosperity to pursue goals with energy and persistence, and when I want/need something, I will go after it and not give up until I get it; however, having a passion for work that goes beyond money...well...I would be lying if I said that money is not a good motivator for me...because it is, and I am sure I speak for other students as well! This is something that is a downfall for me and it could probably use a "patch job."
