Leadership

I would have to say that comitment would have to be my strongest leadership area out of the six. Once I get myself into something I stick it out no matter what. For example this summer I was in northeastern Pennsylvania working at a lacrosse camp in order to get internship credits. I had to live at this camp with hundreds of kids for seven straight weeks. There were mulitple times where I wanted to hop back on a plane and go home, however I stuck it out and got my credits and will be graduating on time.

I would say that my weak point in leadership would be staying well informed. Organization is a little hard for me because I often have a lot going on with school and athletics. Sometimes I will forget something or misplace something I need for class.

Leadership

I believe my strongest leadership skill is dedication. When I focus on a certain project or topic I am 100% involved to do anything it takes to get the task completed efficiently. An example of my dedication could be from high when I was the leader of running a fundraiser for my school so the senior class could all go to Florida for a weekend. This took long hours and a lot of communication.

My biggest weaknesses of strategic leadership would probably be organization. The reason why I chose this as my weakness because I feel sometimes in the middle of a task I become unorganizied. During my internship this summer I realized this when many tasks would come about it and it would be difficult for me to stay organized with all the different jobs to complete.
