Mission: To achieve success in marketing and selling the companies products with innovative and new ideas.
Vision: To achieve above and beyond the sales of competitors and prove to be a more knowledgeable and credible sales representative.
Values: To respect all company policies and to respect other companies that I may work with, and doctors.
Core Competencies: I have a strong and outgoing personality and can get along well with others. I also have three years experience working for a pharmaceutical company and have worked in the field of marketing.

Hi Jenn,
Your best statement is that of your core competenices. When you describe them more in the paper you might focus on what you have learned from your experience working in pharmaceuticals and marketing already.
Your mission statement needs to focus on the customer (rather than yourself) and what need of your customer's you hope to satisfy and how. You might look at some of the feedback I have given other students on this to see if it helps give you some direction.
The vision should be your dream- the ultimate- what you hope you will have achieved in a perfect world 5 or so years out.
Your value statements should be the things you believe in- your philosophy- what you know to be true.
Try another draft, and if you have something ready tonight before 9:00 I will take another look.
