Annie,
I think the strongest part of your post is how you described your values and distinctive competencies. You used some great adjectives that vividly portrayed what type of person you are.
I think the weakest part is how your mission statement and vision seem to overlap. They both state the same thing, but in a different way. If you find a way to seperate the two, it would define each one in its own way, rather than the same way. Remember, your mission statement has a range of 2-3 years and your vision is your dream and something more long-term.
I would have to say that your strongest part of your post would be distinctive competencies. The competencies that you have listed would all be required in a sales field like you would like to enter. Your vision is the weak part of your post. You might be able to go into more depth about how exactly you will represent your pharmaceutical company that you are employed by.
I think that your mission statement could be a little stronger, because I feel that it doesnt repersent you the way that it should. I think you need add something about being motivated.
but i did like your values, I think its safe to say that they are very aggressive and that is what a company would like to see. Over all I enjoyed reading your statments.
Hey Anne,
I think Professor Parent told us not to use company in our mission statement. I could be mistaken but just giving you a heads up just in case. I think your mission statement would stand out pretty well if you changed around your vision.
I also think your values could use some work as well. They look to close to your distinctive competencies. Other than that its a great start and good luck.
