I like your description of your mission statement. You really seem to know what you would like to do with your knowledge of the business field for when you leave college.
If I could revise anything from this it would be to provide a little bit more detail within all four of the topics.
Luke seems to have a clear mission statement, it may need to be a little more detailed and directed but he knows where he is going with it. His vision and values seem to be very clear and it looks like he is on the right tract to finding a good position in the sports and recreation field.
