I believe that my strongest strategic leadership skill is Commitment. Over my last four years here at school and in high school, I have always been involved in group projects and I believe that my commitment to group projects has always been one of my strong points. Another example of my committment would be during my internship in the summer of 2006 when I worked for the North Adams SteepleCats who are a college baseball summer league team. I always had to work long hours especially on game days and it required a summer long committment that I was willing to do because the internship was very important to me.
My biggest weakness of the strategic leadership skills is probably being well informed. The reason I choose this as my weak point is because I usually don't like to plan everything in advance, I tend to just go with the flow of something and accomplish it as it comes my way. My summer internship with the SteepleCats never really had a consistent flow, I would just do things as they came my way and if a problem arose I would take care of it. I would probably get things done faster if I did everything in a set order and I can work on that as I get older

In support of your leadership-Pete Wilson
By reading through Jason's Leadershop Self-Assessment I believe that Jason would be a great leader because of his commitment to the SteepleCats Organization. I also know that he is a great leader because I have worked with him before in other group projects and we have come out with great success.
In support of your leadership- Jeff Scott
I believe Jason would be a great leader because he has great commitment and has plenty of experience working in groups. He has worked for a college baseball summer league team and has obviously been successful when working with others.
In Support of Your Leadership- Jason Grier
I believe that Jason would be a great leader becuase I have had other classes with him and he is always prepared and is commited to what he is doing. I know for the internship that he did, for Bonnie Black, went real well, and for a teacher to point that out infront of a class means a lot and proves that he works hard.
