The strategic leadership skill that I believe is my strongest would be commitment. I am a good person to rely on and when I want to achieve something I always give a hundred percent. Last year I worked as an intramural official and I worked hard enough to earn the position as a supervisor this year. I am committed to my job and I have to make sure that the intramural staff is doing a good job.
The strategic leadership skill that I would consider my weakness is vision, eloquence, and consistency. When I first meet someone I find it hard to open up and be comfortable communicating with that person. At times I can be a tough person to communicate with but once I get to know you well enough I can be the easiest person to talk to.

In Support Of Leadership-Pete Wilson
It seems to me that Jeff would be a great leader due to the fact that he has a supervisor position at the bubble. Any supervisor has to work hard at his or her job, so the fact that he is one makes me believe that he is able to get things done and done on time. He is probably confident and is committed to doing the right things for his job.
I think jeff would be a great leader because he really is an easy person to talk to and being on his intramural team he really does give it a 100%. While i tended to give it a 95% effort hes played every game like it was the superbowl. He won the championship due to his intensity. He would make a great leader because he gives 100% into everything he does, even the little things like flag football.
