My strongest strategic leadership skill is Committment. All my life I have been committed to everything I do. My Freshman year I made a committment to the school hockey team. My committment to the program has paid off as I am a tri-captain of the hockey team this year. My committment skills have helped me in the classroom also, I am a reliable group member when put into groups and am always committed to my school work and doing the best I can to help my group get good grades.
My weakest leadership skill is Emotional Intelligence. Sometimes I have trouble understanding and controlling my moods and emotions. I tend to let my emotions get the best of me and do not always think about how it affects my classmates or group members. I have gotten better at this problem as the years passed and I will continue to improve on this as I do more group projects.

In support of your leadership- Jason Shaker
I think Pete would be a great group leader because as he mentioned he is a captain of the hockey team. He is very committed to his school work and is committed to getting group work done on time.

I believe you would be a great leader because you obviously already know how to lead a group, being a tri-captain for the FPU hockey team. That shows great commitment and high personal performance.
