Mission: To be a diligent student at a competitive school to better my stance in future endeavors and/or employments by applying knowledge gained.
Visions: To be able to provide for my family by using the knowledge gained through out my life and experiences to better my standing both in life and persuits.
Values: Agressivness, Drive, Personality
Core Competancies:Being able to drive myself and not have to have a person behind me pushing me to do waht needs to be done in life and in school

I think Katie's mission is accurate, as most students hope to get into a competitive school to enhance their appeal to future employers.
Although her 3 core values are strong, agressiveness and drive can be seen as the same... She might want to talk about another value, such as her devotion to family since it was mentioned in her vision statement.
I really like the way your mission statment was described. It showed alot of power and drive to succed. You made it clear on what your goals where and how you are going to meet them.
I thought you could have added more your values and showed how you really were going to reach your goals through them.
