I like the way that Brendan put in his core competencies that he has a sense of humor, friendly demeanor, and ability to adapt quickly to new situations that is a very good thing to realize in your self and be able to apply to not only school but the work force, I think with the values, missions, and visions he will do well in the field that he is perusing.

I think Brendan's mission, vission and values are very good. It's good to be someone who is willing to whatever is necessary for the company.
I think for his competencies he needs to work on finding some more uniques aspects. A lot of people have a good sense of humor and are friendly.
