Core Competencies: Use my values in the job I choose to help achieve the goals I set for myself and the company.

Jeff you seem very enthustiastic in your values and vision alittle more on your core compentencies and youll be on track
Jeff, your values are great and your on track with you vision. You could add to your mission statement a little more.
Jeff vision will help him have long term success as far as setting goals for his work and setting personal goals that might help him grow as a person and as an employee. Pete needs more of what he can contribute to a company or organization in his mission statement and "who" he is going to provide to or support
