Mission Statement- "To be a successful student at a grad school looking for hard working individuals, committed to achieving their career goals through higher education."
Vision Statement- "To become a successful manager in the accounting field with equal commitment to both my profession and home life."
Values- "I should be able to conduct my studies and daily responsibilities with an open mind and a positive attitude towards interacting with and helping others."
Distinctive Competencies- I have a distinctive competency in positivity. No matter what the situation is, I can always find a positive outlook and can handle the situation appropriately.

I think that Karli Mae's mission statement was very fitting to meet the needs of her vision statement. It is great that she knows what she needs to do to excel and to meet her life goals.
I feel that her core competency is something that is not quite unique, as many people would say that they are positive people, and I think that she should look for something more unique to sell herself to a grad school.
I think that Karli Mae's mission, vision, values, and core competancies are very good to sell her self to a competative school or a school of her choice. I believe that she will go far with this attitude and it will definitally help in the work force.
I think Karli Mae's vision statement was well thought-out. She values both her commitment to her profession as well as her commitment to her home life. At some times it is hard for people to juggle both but going into a profession with the right mindset will help her prevail.
Besides what Beth commented on regarding Karli Mae's positivity, I cannot find an example of something that she can improve on. I believe that her positivity is a distinct competency, but she might want to elaborate on some other quality she has that nobody else exhibits.

I think that Karli Mae's mission statement, vision and values are very good. She knows what she needs to do to meet her goals and i'm sure any grad school will look at that and really like what she has to offer.
I also agree with what Beth said about her competency and how her being a positive person, yes is a very good thing, but isn't very unique.
