Mission: To find an occupation that deals with the sports and recreation field.
Vision: To be able to achieve the right goals for myself and for the company in which I forsee.
Values: Dedicated, productive, confident, and motivated.
Core Competencies: To be able to achieve the goals I set for myself and the job I choose, that allows the campany to be successful.

Pete I think you have strong values and your vision sounds great. The core competencies is well thought out but it still is missing something.
Pete I think that your vision is the best part of your blog, knowing that you want to achieve the right goals makes you dedicated to what you will do. Your mission statement could be more specific but at least you know what field you want to be in.
I think pete has strong values to be a productive employee in the sports and recreation field. I think He needs a little bit more in his mission statement. I think he might want to be more specific as far as exactly what occupation he wants to choose. This will make writing the mission statement easier because he state what he can bring and provide to the company.
